About The Author

Robert Marble grew up in Washington state, and spent his summers working in peach orchards and on occasion sailing to Vancouver B.C. and Alaska.

Robert received a B.A. in economics from Stanford University and completed law school at the University of Washington.

In 2007, Robert “discovered” Sarasota, Florida, and fell in love with the endless days of sunshine.  Robert is an avid (but slow) runner, who's latest obsession is accumulating Fitbit badges.

Robert spends much of his free time, as a divorced father, with his two boys - and their activities:  football, wresting, and crew.

Robert is passionate about family law.  Divorce cases are just different from other types of litigation.  As a result, Robert has built a different type of family law practice.  Robert believes the most important decision you can make in your divorce case is the process you choose.  Hint:  Expensive litigation is rarely the best answer.
